When you're not grilling, the cooktop can be removed so you can relax around the fire with friends or family, or roast 'mallows. Oh, and the manufacturer describes it as "virtually maintenance-free," since everything can be scraped easily into the flames. Once the cooktop cools, instructions say you'll simply wipe it with a cloth or paper towel using food-safe oil. With cleanup like that, you'll look forward to cooking.
